Project Description:
This project follows a deliberate strategy of heritage continuity, aiming to deliver architecture that not only resonates with heritage but also enhances it, resulting in a design that reflects contemporary life.
Situated in the historic district of Mutrah in old Muscat, overlooking the Sea of Oman, the project gradually integrates heritage elements into a modern architectural composition. The predominant color is white, complemented by turquoise arched windows that echo the local vernacular.
